How Boxcey Helped Padelheim Launch a Clothing Range Built Around Community, Not Just Merch

Padelheim isn’t just a new padel club — it’s a premium padel and Pilates destination opening in Redditch, built to feel like a proper club from day one. When Sam & Jack Stevens set out to launch, they didn’t want a bolt-on merch rack. They wanted a clothing range that made their members feel part of something.

The Brief

Padelheim came to Boxcey needing more than logo t-shirts. The brief was to create a clothing range that connected members to the brand and to the community around it — something that felt premium, felt considered, and gave people a reason to wear it outside the club, not just in it.

What Boxcey Delivered

Graphic design & artwork across the full clothing range Leisurewear and D2C-ready product design Bulk production for launch stock Print-on-demand setup for ongoing D2C sales

The Boxcey Difference

Boxcey isn’t just a print shop or a Shopify developer for hire. We’re an end-to-end creative agency — we build the brand, design the product, produce it, and run the ecommerce and fulfilment behind it. For Padelheim, that meant one team taking the concept from first sketch through to bulk-produced stock and an ongoing POD setup, so the brand stays consistent whether it’s the launch drop or a reorder six months from now.

The Results

10 distinct graphic concepts developed across the range Positioned Padelheim as one of the first premium padel clubs in the area, with clothing to match Bulk production and POD running side by side, giving Padelheim a launch-ready range and a scalable way to keep selling after opening day

What’s Next

Boxcey continues to support Padelheim’s clothing range through more creative designs as the brand grows
