We’re Boxcey & Seed — two fast-growing businesses working with exciting global brands and ambitious challengers. We’re scaling quickly and now need a Client Onboarding & Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in welcoming new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and keeping Shopify operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the founders to deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish. You’ll be the calm, organised, and friendly link between clients, suppliers, and our internal team — ensuring every product, order, and artwork flows correctly through the process.
What you’ll be doing
Client Onboarding & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients via WhatsApp and email, providing fast, reliable communication.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and setup — from product creation to artwork approval and launch.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, keeping projects on track and clients informed.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, and technical partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Keep shared Google Sheets and Drives organised and up to date.
- Handle ad-hoc client requests quickly and professionally.
Shopify Operations & Product Management
- Create, update, and upload products in Shopify, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot issues such as broken product listings or faulty product reports.
- Manage product artworks and ensure correct file handling through to approval.
- Raise and manage manual and wholesale orders when needed.
- Collect, track, and report stock movements or deliveries.
- Compile and update product and sales reports for internal tracking and invoicing.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to make operations more efficient.
- Maintain structure and consistency across Google Sheets, artwork folders, and client workspaces.
- Support product setup, launches, and new season updates across multiple brands.
About you
- Calm, organised, and brilliant with people.
- Detail-focused and proactive, with excellent follow-through.
- Confident managing multiple projects and clients at once.
- Experienced with Shopify and basic product management workflows.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, shared drives, and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable managing artwork approvals, product setup, and client communications.
- Experienced in account management, client success, or operations (2–4 years ideal).
What we offer
- A competitive salary of £28,000 – £34,000, depending on experience.
- A front-row seat in a high-growth business, working directly with the founders.
- A varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
- A supportive, friendly culture where your organisation and initiative make a real impact.
- Hybrid working, with flexibility to manage your day and your clients.
